Overview of the School

The school of legal studies aims the pedagogy of student to give diverse holistic approaches towards the legal learning environment. Legal education in Jigyasa University (Formerly Himgiri Zee University) is center for pioneering interdisciplinary and comparative Legal researches.

Work Experience

Dr. Shalini Bahuguna Bachheti is an avid academician, having rich experience of more than 15 years in various Universities and 5 years as a Lawyer. She is experience intellectual in dealing with the subjects like Constitutional Law, Interpretation of Statutes, Transfer of Property Laws International Business Laws and Legal aspects of Business. She has chosen teaching as a career to demonstrate her intelligence and her ability to work with others in a constructive and challenging manner. Dr.Shalini has developed her career through research and published excellent research papers in reputed National and International journals. Due to her vast experience and zeal to work in various sector for the development of youth she was also called at BRICS-Russian –Indian Youth festival ,at Altai University ,Barnaul Russia and also presented paper on Humanities with special reference to law course. She has publications in Scopus Indexed, UGC Care Listed and Peer Reviewed Journal and 2 Books published into her credit.

He has Completed his LL.B. and LL.M. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in the year 2020 and 2023, respectively. He is a Political Science Graduate from University of Delhi. During his Master's of law course he was involved in extensive research on the topics pertaining to Human Rights, Criminology and Comparative Constitutional Laws. He cleared his UGC NET Exam in the year 2022. He has previously worked as Research Assistant on a project titled Affordable Shelter for Street Women and Children at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in collaboration with National Law School Institute of India, Bangalore in the year 2022-2023.
